GENMA为印尼客户打造的两台2500TPH装船机顺利交付

近日，GENMA为印尼客户量身定制的两台2500TPH固定式装船机，在位于南加里曼丹的项目现场完成调试并顺利交付，双方代表共同出席了交付仪式。

这两台装船机根据客户码头实际工况定制，采用固定式设计，安装于近海墩柱上，在满足高效装船作业的同时，有效降低了码头建设成本。设备配备旋转抛料头，可灵活适应不同船型；两台设备支持协同作业，配合完善的安全联锁防护与远程监控系统，为连续、稳定的装船作业提供了可靠保障。

项目的顺利交付，标志着该批设备正式进入生产运行阶段。GENMA将继续为客户提供及时的技术支持与服务保障，确保设备长期稳定运行，助力客户提升散料装卸效率。

Recently, GENMA successfully completed the commissioning and delivery of two custom-designed 2,500 TPH fixed-type ship loaders for an Indonesian customer at the project site in South Kalimantan. A delivery ceremony was jointly attended by representatives from both parties.

The two ship loaders were custom-engineered based on the actual operating conditions of the customer's terminal. Adopting a fixed design installed on nearshore concrete piers, the equipment not only ensures efficient loading operations but also effectively reduces terminal construction costs. Each loader is equipped with a rotary discharge chute, offering flexibility to accommodate vessels of various sizes. The two units support coordinated operation, backed by comprehensive safety interlocking protection and remote monitoring systems, providing reliable assurance for continuous and stable loading operations.

The successful delivery marks the official entry of this equipment into production operations.
