GENMA获6500吨超大型浮吊订单


近日,GENMA成功获得一台6500吨级重型浮式起重机订单,该设备最大起重量6500吨,最大工作半径113米,最大起升高度132米,主要用于客户码头及近海各类大吨位物料的吊装作业。该浮吊将由南通润邦重机有限公司生产制造。

针对复杂海事工况,GENMA这台浮吊在多个维度实现了技术突破:
· 整机可适应宽幅温差、高湿度、强海风及船体倾斜等极端环境,关键部件全面采用高防护防腐处理,确保设备在海洋盐雾中长期稳定运行。
· 搭载高端智能电控系统,支持多吊钩同步联动与双吊臂协同作业,内置位置同步、载荷均衡、姿态自动纠偏等多重算法,兼顾重载吊装精度与施工效率。
· 多层级冗余安全体系覆盖结构、电控与制动全链路,多传感器实时联动监测,超限自动预警并触发保护,为海上高风险吊装作业提供全方位保障。

此外,GENMA提供从方案设计、整机制造到海上运输、载荷验收的一体化交付服务,并配套原厂吊具工装、驻厂培训及长期质保,确保设备全生命周期内持续可靠运行。

GENMA has won an order for a 6,500-tonne heavy-lift floating sheerleg crane, delivering 6,500t capacity, 113m working radius, and 132m hook height. It will handle heavy lifts at the customer’s quayside and nearshore sites. Manufacturing will be carried out by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd.
Built for tough marine conditions, the crane brings key technical advances:
· It handles wide temperature swings, high humidity, strong sea winds, and vessel inclination — with all critical components heavily protected against salt-spray corrosion for long-term reliability.
· An intelligent electric control system enables synchronized multi-hook and dual-boom lifts, with built-in algorithms for position sync, load balancing, and automatic attitude correction, ensuring heavy-lift precision and efficiency.
· A redundant safety architecture covers structure, controls, and braking. Real-time multi-sensor monitoring triggers automatic alarms and protective shutdowns, delivering full-spectrum risk control for offshore lifting.
GENMA also provides end-to-end delivery from design through sea transport and load testing, plus original lifting gear, on-site training, and long-term warranty — ensuring reliable performance across the equipment’s life.
