子公司润邦海洋13000DWT双相不锈钢化学品船顺利上船台


近日,子公司润邦海洋为德国ESSBERGER集团打造的13000DWT双相不锈钢化学品船,在润邦海洋3#船台顺利完成上船台节点。此举标志着该艘化学品船正式从分段建造阶段迈入总装搭载关键期,也成为润邦海洋高端特种船舶建造能力提升的又一重要里程碑。

仪式上,ESSBERGER总经理Johan Isaksen、新造船经理Dejan Golub,Link Marine负责人Safa Ismail, DNV船级社南通区总经理葛宜龙,润邦海洋总经理方如意等相关领导齐聚现场,共同见证。

相较于常规化学品船,13000DWT双相不锈钢化学品船在技术标准、性能要求、建造工艺等方面均达到国际顶尖水平。该船总长132米,型宽21.8米,型深11.2米,设计吃水7.8米,载重吨达13000吨,船舶设计航速14.5节,续航力可达12000海里。能够满足长期国际航线的航行需求,可轻松穿梭于全球主要港口及航线。船身采用双底双壳结构,配备完善的压载水系统和防污染设备,大幅降低化学品泄漏风险,兼顾航行安全与海洋环保。

尤为值得关注的是,该船在核心性能上实现了多重突破。首先,该船满足冰区1A航行要求,适配北欧、波罗的海等冰区航线的运输需求,运营范围更广;其次,该船严格满足Tier III排放要求,助力全球航运业低碳转型。与此同时,该船还预留了甲醇燃料动力系统和风帆辅助推进系统的安装空间,便于后续船舶的低碳升级。

此次顺利完成上船台节点,彰显了润邦海洋高端特种船舶建造的技术实力与团队协作能力。润邦海洋项目组将持续开展技术攻关和工艺优化,全力攻克各项建造难题,保障项目稳步推进。

Recently, Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. held a keel-laying ceremony for the 13,000 DWT duplex stainless steel chemical tanker built for Germany's ESSBERGER Group at the company's No. 3 slipway. This milestone marks the vessel's official transition from the block fabrication stage to the critical general assembly and erection phase, and represents another significant achievement in enhancing ROC's capabilities in high-end specialized ship construction.

The ceremony was attended by ESSBERGER Managing Director Johan Isaksen, Newbuilding Manager Dejan Golub, Link Marine Representative Safa Ismail, DNV Classification Society Nantong Regional Manager Ge Yilong, and ROC General Manager Fang Ruyi, among other leaders, who gathered to witness the occasion.

Compared to conventional chemical tankers, the 13,000 DWT duplex stainless steel chemical tanker meets internationally top-tier standards in terms of technical specifications, performance requirements, and construction processes. The vessel has an overall length of 132 meters, a molded breadth of 21.8 meters, a molded depth of 11.2 meters, a design draft of 7.8 meters, a deadweight tonnage of 13,000 tons, a design speed of 14.5 knots, and a range of up to 12,000 nautical miles. It is capable of meeting the demands of long-term international voyages and can easily navigate major global ports and routes. The hull features a double-bottom, double-side structure and is equipped with a comprehensive ballast water system and anti-pollution equipment, significantly reducing the risk of chemical leakage while ensuring navigation safety and marine environmental protection.

Particularly noteworthy are the multiple breakthroughs in the vessel's core performance. First, the ship meets Ice Class 1A requirements, making it suitable for transport operations in ice-prone routes such as those in Northern Europe and the Baltic Sea, thereby expanding its operational scope. Second, the vessel strictly complies with Tier III emission standards, contributing to the low-carbon transformation of the global shipping industry. In addition, the ship has reserved installation spaces for a methanol fuel power system and a wind-assisted propulsion system, facilitating future low-carbon upgrades.

The successful completion of the keel-laying milestone demonstrates Rainbow Offshore's technical strength and team collaboration capabilities in high-end specialized ship construction. The company's project team will continue to carry out technological research and process optimization, striving to overcome various construction challenges and ensure the steady progress of the project.
